Non-Refundable Deposit – Justification

This helps the Home maintain a high standard of accommodation while avoiding additional replacement charges during the resident's stay.

In the Event of a Resident's Passing

In the unfortunate event of a resident's passing, the family will be informed immediately. A local doctor will be called to certify the death, following which the resident will be respectfully transferred from the room at the earliest. The family may appoint an undertaker of their choice, or the Home can assist in arranging one upon request. We will extend full cooperation to ensure the funeral arrangements proceed smoothly. Families are requested to confirm the church and provide the necessary grave certificate or a letter from the Parish Priest. All undertaker charges and related payments are to be handled directly by the family. We also recommend obtaining a letter in advance from the Parish Priest or Parish Office confirming that the resident is a parish member and specifying the preferred cemetery for burial.
